Service, booking & membership terms
These terms explain how appointments, deposits, cancellations, membership billing, session credits, mobile travel, and account standing work at Atlas.
Booking, deposit, cancellation & no-show policy
Booking and deposit
- Active members do not pay the
$25non-member deposit. - A non-member must pay a
$25deposit before an appointment is confirmed. - The deposit is applied toward the session price.
- HighLevel's native payment window holds the selected time for up to 10 minutes.
- Successful payment within the window confirms the appointment.
- If payment is not completed, the appointment is not booked and the time is released.
Member appointment outcomes
| Event | Session-credit outcome |
|---|---|
| Appointment confirmed | Reserve one available credit |
| Session completed | Consume the reserved credit |
| Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before start | Restore the reserved credit |
| Cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours before start | Consume the reserved credit |
| No-show or unavailable at appointment time | Consume the reserved credit |
| Atlas cancels | Restore the reserved credit and refund applicable appointment-specific charges |
Member 90/120-minute pricing
- One eligible credit covers the first 60 Studio minutes.
- Add
$60for a 90-minute appointment or$120for a 120-minute appointment. - With no credit, add that extension to the locked 60-minute rate:
| Plan | 90-minute Studio | 120-minute Studio |
|---|---|---|
| Recovery | $160 | $220 |
| Performance | $155 | $215 |
| Elite | $150 | $210 |
- The plan Mobile upgrade applies once per appointment.
- Governed extended travel and add-ons are additional.
- Payable cash is collected at booking.
- Atlas/timely cancellation follows the refund-or-account-credit rule below.
- Late cancellation or no-show consumes the reserved credit and refunds every unprovided duration, Mobile, travel, and add-on cash charge.
Membership payment standing
- Card Auto-Pay members authorize the disclosed monthly charge. A failed charge follows Atlas's approved Day-1 and Day-4 retry schedule and Day-5 terminal rule.
- Cash members receive a monthly recurring invoice with Auto-Pay disabled. Rocky or an authorized Atlas operator records collected cash against the exact generated invoice using payment method Cash.
- Generating, sending, viewing, or adding a note to an invoice never activates or renews membership and never grants credits.
- The first exact Paid/Cash transaction activates the cash membership. Each later exact Paid/Cash monthly invoice renews one cycle and grants the plan's credits exactly once.
- An unpaid cash invoice becomes Past Due at its due boundary. No new credits are granted, and existing credits cannot be used during Past Due.
- Exact Cash/Paid during the approved five-day grace period cures Past Due once. Uncured Day-5 nonpayment cancels the membership, forfeits unused credits, ends the price lock, and ends future invoice generation.
- A change between cash and card payment rails is prospective. Atlas ends the old schedule or subscription before the new rail starts so one cycle cannot be billed or credited twice.
Confirmed appointments during Past Due
- Initial Past Due freezes the reserved credit, blocks new member-credit bookings, and places an existing confirmed appointment in a payment-resolution hold without releasing Rocky's time.
- The cure deadline is the earlier of Phoenix Day-5 grace expiration or two hours before appointment start.
- Cure by the deadline restores Active status and the original confirmation and reservation exactly once.
- Missing the appointment deadline cancels/releases the appointment, refunds separately prepaid unprovided duration, Mobile, travel, and add-on charges, and restores the reservation to the frozen balance until grace expiration.
- Phoenix Day-5 terminal nonpayment forfeits every unused/frozen credit once and ends the price lock. If terminal cancellation occurs first, it cancels the appointment directly.
Non-member appointment outcomes
| Event | $25 deposit outcome |
|---|---|
| Session completed | Apply deposit to the session balance |
| Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours before start | Customer chooses a full deposit refund or account credit |
| Cancel/reschedule less than 24 hours before start | Deposit becomes account credit |
| No-show | Forfeit the $25 deposit |
| Atlas cancels | Refund the deposit and other applicable appointment-specific charges, or apply them to a replacement booking with customer agreement |
Separately paid appointment charges
| Event | Separately paid session, mobile, travel, and add-on charges |
|---|---|
| Atlas cancels | Refund all prepaid appointment charges, or apply them to a replacement booking only with the customer's recorded agreement |
| Customer cancels/reschedules at least 24 hours before start | Refund all prepaid appointment charges or record the customer's election to receive account credit |
| Customer cancels/reschedules less than 24 hours before start | Deposit becomes account credit; refund every other unprovided session, mobile, travel, and add-on charge |
| Customer no-shows | Forfeit the $25 non-member deposit; refund every other unprovided variable appointment charge |
Atlas will not apply an undisclosed cancellation charge.
Account-credit rules
- Account credit belongs to the named client and is non-transferable.
- After the customer makes a recorded credit election, the credit has no cash value and is not refundable except where required by law.
- Partial redemption is allowed against future Atlas services.
- The credit does not expire unless a legally reviewed, compliant expiration rule is approved and disclosed before the credit is issued.
- Every refund-versus-credit election, issuance, partial redemption, adjustment, and remaining balance must be recorded in the account-credit ledger.
Required acceptance evidence
Each booking must retain the contact ID, appointment or hold ID, selected service and location, disclosed total, deposit amount, separately paid charges and their disposition rules, policy version and durable URL or content hash, exact acceptance language/state, acceptance timestamp and source, payment transaction ID, and any timestamped refund-versus-account-credit election.
Booking accounting
Session Subtotal =
cash session component after membership entitlement/locked-rate decision
+ member mobile upgrade
+ extended travel fee
+ add-on total
Booking Amount Paid =
max(0, gross verified settled booking payments - refunds)
Balance Remaining =
max(0, Session Subtotal - Booking Amount Paid - Account Credit Applied)
The accepted Original Session Subtotal is immutable. Refunds, account-credit issuance, and account-credit application are recorded separately with idempotency keys. A $25 deposit is counted once in gross booking payments after settlement.
Acceptance and implementation
The booking flow must present this policy before confirmation, require an unchecked acceptance, record the policy version and acceptance evidence, and keep optional marketing consent separate.
The website, checkout, confirmation, reminders, workflows, pipeline, and staff runbook must use the same approved rule. Production verification must cover timely cancellation, late cancellation, no-show, Atlas cancellation, refund, account credit, replay/idempotency, cash-invoice Past Due/cure/cancellation, and payment-rail transitions.
Approval record: Rocky/business, legal, and Stephen production authorization reported on 2026-08-06. Publication, version capture, and acceptance evidence must match this exact version.
Atlas Membership Agreement
1. Membership plans
Atlas Mobile Massage & Recovery (“Atlas,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers the following month-to-month memberships:
| Plan | Recurring price | Included each billing cycle | Additional 60-minute studio sessions | Mobile upgrade |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Recovery | $79/month | One 60-minute studio session | $100 each | $25 per included or additional session |
| Performance | $149/month | Two 60-minute studio sessions | $95 each | $20 per included or additional session |
| Elite | $209/month | Three 60-minute studio sessions | $90 each | $15 per included or additional session |
All plans also include complimentary cupping, priority member booking, and the member pricing shown above while the membership remains active and in good standing.
Taxes, mobile travel charges, optional add-ons, gratuities, and services not expressly included above are additional.
2. Monthly payment obligation and payment methods
The membership is a continuing monthly payment obligation until cancelled under this agreement. At enrollment, the member and Atlas select one of these payment rails:
Card Auto-Pay
The member authorizes Atlas and its payment processor to charge the selected plan price and applicable taxes to the payment method on file when the membership begins and automatically on each monthly renewal date until cancellation.
Cash with recurring invoice
A cash member is not enrolled in card Auto-Pay. Atlas will create a plan-specific monthly recurring invoice schedule with Auto-Pay disabled. HighLevel will generate and deliver each monthly invoice automatically. The member must pay Atlas in cash, and Rocky or another authorized Atlas operator must record the payment against the exact generated invoice using payment method Cash.
Creating, sending, viewing, or adding a note to an invoice does not mean it has been paid and does not activate membership or issue session credits. Only the exact invoice's verified Paid/Cash transaction activates the first cycle or renews a later cycle. A cash member remains Pending Cash until the first exact invoice is recorded Paid.
Before accepting this agreement, the member must be shown:
- the selected plan and recurring price;
- the selected payment rail;
- the monthly billing frequency, first payment or invoice date, and due date;
- that the monthly obligation continues until cancelled;
- that a cash invoice is not paid until Atlas records the collected cash against that invoice;
- the material cancellation, credit, refund, Past Due, and forfeiture rules;
- a simple way to cancel; and
- a separate, unchecked choice for optional marketing consent.
Atlas will provide an electronic enrollment confirmation containing the plan, price, payment rail, renewal date, cancellation method, and a link to this agreement.
3. Billing cycle and included session credits
Included sessions are issued as session credits at the start of each successfully paid billing cycle. One credit may be applied to one included 60-minute studio session.
Unused session credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over.
Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be used only while the membership is active and in good standing, subject to the cancellation and failed-payment rules below.
Memberships and session credits are personal to the named member and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.
4. Booking and use of credits
Appointments are subject to provider and location availability. Priority member booking gives members access to the designated member booking path; it does not guarantee a particular date or time.
A session credit is reserved when the appointment is confirmed. It is consumed when the appointment is completed, treated as a late cancellation, or treated as a no-show. It is restored only when the cancellation qualifies under Section 7.
If no credit is available, the member may purchase an additional session at the plan rate shown in Section 1 or choose another available service at the then-current price.
For an eligible 90- or 120-minute member appointment:
- one reserved credit covers the first 60 Studio minutes;
- a 90-minute appointment adds a
$60duration extension; - a 120-minute appointment adds a
$120duration extension; and - the plan-specific Mobile upgrade, extended travel, and optional add-ons are charged separately.
If no credit is available, the Studio price is the member's locked additional 60-minute rate plus the duration extension:
| Plan | 90-minute Studio | 120-minute Studio |
|---|---|---|
| Recovery | $160 | $220 |
| Performance | $155 | $215 |
| Elite | $150 | $210 |
The plan-specific Mobile upgrade applies once per appointment, regardless of duration. All payable appointment charges are collected at booking.
5. Mobile appointments, travel charges, and add-ons
A member may upgrade an eligible studio session to mobile service at the plan-specific mobile upgrade price in Section 1.
The standard mobile service area extends up to 25 one-way road miles from Atlas’s studio at 3350 N 137th Ave, Litchfield Park, Arizona 85340.
For an address more than 25 one-way road miles from the studio, the extended travel fee is $0.75 multiplied by each one-way mile over 25.
Mobile service is limited to addresses no more than 100 one-way road miles from the studio. Addresses beyond that limit are not eligible for mobile booking.
Billable distance is based on the booking system’s mapped driving distance and rounded up to the next whole mile.
The travel calculation is one-way only, even though the provider must make a round trip. The fee and measured distance must be disclosed before the member submits payment or confirms the appointment.
Optional add-ons are charged at the price displayed during booking: cupping, Therabody percussion, hot stones, Gua Sha scraping, and assisted stretching are $20 each; KT tape is $15. The Recovery Upgrade prices one bundle of any three selected add-ons at $40. Cupping is complimentary for active members and is priced at $0 before any bundle optimization. Other add-ons are not included unless expressly stated.
Mobile upgrades, paid add-ons, extended travel fees, and additional sessions are collected when the appointment is booked.
6. Appointment changes by Atlas
Atlas may reschedule or cancel an appointment because of provider illness, unsafe travel conditions, equipment problems, an unsafe service environment, or another circumstance that makes service impracticable. If Atlas cancels, any reserved session credit will be restored and any appointment-specific charge will be refunded or, with the member’s agreement, credited to a replacement booking.
7. Member cancellation and no-show policy
The notice period is measured from the scheduled appointment start time.
If the member cancels or reschedules at least 24 hours before the appointment, the reserved session credit is restored.
If the member cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before the appointment, the reserved session credit is consumed.
If the member does not attend or is unavailable for the appointment, the reserved session credit is consumed.
If Atlas cancels, or the member cancels or reschedules at least 24 hours before start, Atlas will refund all separately prepaid appointment charges or, with the member's recorded election, apply account credit.
For a cancellation or reschedule less than 24 hours before start, the reserved session credit is consumed, but Atlas will refund every other unprovided session, mobile, travel, and add-on charge.
For a no-show, the reserved session credit is consumed and Atlas will refund other unprovided variable appointment charges. Atlas will not apply a cancellation outcome that was not disclosed before confirmation.
8. Cancelling the membership
The member may request cancellation through the Client Portal, by calling or texting (623) 759-7770, or by using another cancellation method Atlas clearly displays at enrollment. Atlas will not require the member to use a cancellation method that is materially more difficult than the enrollment method.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. The member remains entitled to active benefits through that date, and the current cycle is not prorated or refunded except where required by law.
Atlas will send an electronic confirmation when it processes a cancellation request. A cancellation request does not cancel an appointment that is already scheduled; the member must also cancel that appointment under Section 7.
9. Plan changes and pause
An upgrade or downgrade takes effect on the next monthly renewal date. The existing plan and credit rules remain in effect through the current paid cycle.
Atlas may approve one pause of up to one billing cycle in any rolling 12-month period. Existing credits are frozen and unavailable during the pause, and no recurring charge or new credit is issued. A pause is not automatic and must be confirmed by Atlas with an agreed resume date. Resuming by that date preserves continuous membership and the eligible additional-session price lock; failing to resume by that date ends continuity unless Atlas approves a documented correction.
10. Failed payments and account standing
For a Card Auto-Pay membership, a failed recurring charge places the membership in Past Due status and Atlas will notify the member. Atlas will make two additional native payment attempts during a five-calendar-day grace period: the first after one calendar day and the second three calendar days later, on Phoenix Day 4.
For a cash-invoice membership, an invoice that remains unpaid at its due boundary places the membership in Past Due status. Atlas may send transactional invoice reminders, but it does not make a card charge or represent the invoice as paid. Recording the exact invoice Paid/Cash during the grace period cures the missed cycle exactly once.
For either payment rail, if the account remains unpaid, Atlas performs governed terminal cancellation and reconciliation on Phoenix Day 5.
While the membership is Past Due, session credits and member-only booking benefits are unavailable, including credits earned during a previously paid cycle. A successful retry within the five-day grace period returns the membership to active status, restores access to otherwise valid unexpired credits, and preserves continuous membership and the eligible price lock.
If a member already has a confirmed appointment when Past Due begins, Atlas places that appointment in a payment-resolution hold without releasing the provider's time. The reserved credit is frozen and cannot be used while Past Due. The payment cure deadline is the earlier of Phoenix Day-5 grace expiration or two hours before the scheduled appointment.
If payment is cured by the deadline, Atlas restores Active status and the original appointment and credit reservation continue without duplication. If payment is not cured by the appointment deadline, Atlas cancels and releases the appointment, refunds separately prepaid unprovided duration, Mobile, travel, and add-on charges, and restores the reserved credit to the member's frozen balance until grace expiration.
If the account remains unpaid on Phoenix Day 5, the membership becomes Canceled for Nonpayment. Benefits end, every unused or frozen session credit is forfeited once, the member price lock ends, and any remaining future member appointment is canceled under this section. If Day-5 terminal cancellation occurs before an appointment's two-hour deadline, the terminal outcome applies immediately. A later purchase creates a new membership at then-current terms and does not revive the canceled account.
Atlas will preserve an auditable record of the failed charge, notices, retries, account state, and any administrative correction.
11. Health, intake, and professional boundaries
Massage therapy is intended for relaxation, recovery, and relief of muscular tension. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment. The member must provide accurate intake information and disclose conditions relevant to safe service. Atlas may decline or modify a service when treatment may be contraindicated.
The member may identify body areas to focus on or avoid. Those selections are instructions to the provider, not a diagnosis, and the member may modify or withdraw consent at any time before or during a session.
Atlas services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Inappropriate conduct or requests may result in immediate termination of the session, the applicable charge, and refusal of future service.
12. Privacy and communications
Atlas handles contact, intake, appointment, payment, and member-account information under its Privacy Policy. Payment-card data is processed by Atlas’s payment processor; Atlas does not store complete card numbers.
Transactional communications about enrollment, billing, security, credits, appointments, cancellations, and account status are part of the service. Marketing email or SMS requires separate consent and is not a condition of purchasing a membership. A member may opt out of marketing without cancelling required service communications or the membership itself.
13. Price changes and “locked-in” member pricing
While the same membership remains continuously active, the plan-specific discounted price for an additional 60-minute studio session is locked even if Atlas increases its standard or future member session prices.
This price lock does not apply to recurring monthly dues, mobile upgrades, travel fees, add-ons, taxes, gratuities, or a newly purchased membership after cancellation unless Atlas expressly states otherwise. No price may change retroactively. Any change to recurring dues must be communicated in advance with the effective date and cancellation options required by the final approved terms and applicable law.
14. Changes to this agreement
Atlas may update operational terms prospectively, subject to applicable law and any price-lock commitment. Material changes will be provided to affected members in a durable electronic notice before they take effect. A change will not create a retroactive fee or remove a credit already earned in a successfully paid cycle.
15. Governing law and complete agreement
This agreement is governed by Arizona law. It supplements Atlas’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If this agreement conflicts with the general Terms about membership billing, credits, cancellation, or membership benefits, this agreement controls for the membership.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
16. Member acceptance
The enrollment record must capture:
- member name and contact identifier;
- selected plan, price, and billing frequency;
- first charge and renewal date;
- agreement version and displayed URL;
- acceptance timestamp, source, and evidence;
- recurring-payment authorization evidence;
- separate marketing-consent choice and evidence;
- cancellation method displayed at acceptance; and
- selected payment rail and payment/subscription or recurring-invoice schedule identifiers.
Suggested acceptance statement:
I have reviewed the selected plan, recurring monthly price, payment method, included benefits, credit rules, cancellation terms, and Atlas Membership Agreement. I agree to the continuing monthly payment obligation until I cancel. If I selected Card Auto-Pay, I authorize Atlas to charge the payment method provided now and monthly. If I selected Cash, I understand Atlas will send a monthly invoice with Auto-Pay disabled and that membership activates or renews only after Atlas records my cash payment against the exact invoice.
The checkbox must be unchecked by default and acceptance must be required before Card Auto-Pay is submitted or a cash recurring-invoice schedule is created.
